MODAHEAL 100 mg DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS  

Much like our other brands of Modafinil (Modaheal) and Armodafinil (Artvigil), each tablet is carefully manufactured to include a breaker line along the center of the tablet. This means that each 100mg tablet may be broken in half (along the breaker line) to give an accurate 

100mg dose. For many users, 100mg is more than enough to give an adequate feeling of wakefulness, focus and attention. Depending on the individual’s circumstances, some users may take 100mg to attain the desired effects.  

It’s important to understand your specific metabolism and individual reaction to Modafinil. So we recommend taking 100mg on an empty stomach as early as possible. You should begin to notice the effects within 1 hour, with effects beginning to 

diminish after approximately 6 – 8 hours. It is not recommended to take more than 400mg (two tablets) in any given 24 hours. Please read the official product insert of Provigil branded Modafinil.   

The recommended dosage of Modaheal  for each indication is as follows:  

Narcolepsy or Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA): 200 mg once a day in the morning.   

Shift Work Disorder (SWD): 200 mg once a day, taken approximately one hour prior to start of the work shift.
